I am an Executive and Leadership Coach with numerous credentials. I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC),a certified ORSC coach through CRR Global. Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Business Leadership (MBL).
I am the founder of TM Change Consulting and Expand Phenomenally; I bring a wealth of expertise acquired over 25 years in the fields of professional and team coaching, organizational development, and change management consultancy.
Throughout my career, I have led and facilitated extensive organizational transformation initiatives spanning the African continent in large-scale projects in mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, office relocations, downsizing and retrenchment efforts, business process reengineering, ERP/IT system implementations, culture transformations, organizational design projects, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
My core mission is coaching leaders and professionals on their journey to cultivate authentic personal brands and unleash their greatness. I guide them through a transformative process, equipping them to navigate the complexities of organizational dynamics while making a meaningful impact on their stakeholders—without succumbing to overwhelm or burnout.
My approach is grounded in empowerment and support. I serve as a reflective mirror to my clients, offering constructive feedback to help them step into their zones of genius and identify areas for growth, all while celebrating their unique strengths and accomplishments.

I do it
I was motivated to reinvent my career after years of working in traditional 9-5 jobs with inflexible hours and little control over my time. I wanted to create a career that would allow me to leverage my networks and strengths to make a difference in my life and others.
Freedom and change are my core values, and I thought I could figure things out independently. However, without guidance and coaching, I became overwhelmed from working hard and attaining qualifications to prove myself. It took me years to realise that looking for greener pastures was not the answer. Getting a coach liberated and transformed me to show up and live my purpose.
I then committed to training as a coach to help leaders and professionals to reinvent their personal brands by taking them through a journey to tap into their greatness and providing mastery skills, support and resources to become effective in their leadership.
What is Unique about my coaching is that I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges of each client, as no two individuals are the same. I create a safe environment by listening, asking powerful questions, and having exceptional communication skills. I remain fully present and attentive when interacting with clients.
